Who we are
Fellowship Law Group was founded by attorneys Mary Olszewska and Zachary Weil with a simple but profound goal: to put people first.
Too often, the legal process overlooks the human experience, reducing clients to cases instead of recognizing their dignity, stories, and struggles. We created this firm to change that—to lead with empathy, to counsel with clarity and care, and to fight for justice with heart and purpose.
Mary brings more than 15 years of experience in employment and civil rights litigation, advocating for individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult challenges. Zachary complements this with a background that bridges the legal and creative industries, offering a perspective that is both pragmatic and innovative. Together, we provide legal services that uphold the highest standards of professionalism and reliability, while never losing sight of the simple fact that clients are people, and deserve to be treated with the utmost dignity, care and respect.
Our mission is to empower and strengthen those we serve—whether employees seeking fairness, artists protecting their creative work, or individuals standing up for their civil rights. Based in Minneapolis, our team is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, California, Florida and Maine.
